Prelude Si Help!!!!

Hi, i was woundering if u could put a vtec head on a 93+ Si (non vtec)
And would that head have to come off a H serries engine?

Yes it can be done and yes you have to use an H22 head. The problem is that it isn't very reliable and you would be much better off installing a turbo on your car. If you do it right I've head of a turbo si run'n a 12.4 in the 1/4. And that would be much more reliable.

Yes you can put a vtec head on a Si engine. You'll need the VTEC head off a H22 (Prelude VTEC) to put on your H23 )Prelude SI). Theres a lot of work involved though. Don't recomend it if you don't know what you're doing.

my co-workers 95 SI runs high 11s "11.8" with me being in the car and still going lower. I recomend a t3/t4 ball bearing turbo with f-max or KIWI manifold and downpipe. "sleepers kick ass"

No way...... I've never heard of an Si ever running a time like that, I'd like to get details on this car... The fastest I've ever seen is on hp.com, 12.49@112mph, and if you look at his profile, he droped muchos dineros...

i can post the specs on his car because we've installed most of them together, except the Nox and MF2 fuel injector management computer. E-mail me and i give u the real deal.

If u r talking about Max's Si then i think he is running lower then 11.8sec by now, DUDE we all gotta get together like the old times. I heard things from Max that u r ina process of catching up with his time. STOP by TOWSON STATE sometimes.
