as far as rust goes, the most common areas on preludes are the quater panels, the rear wheel well corners, and the corners of the doors (and occasionally the sunroofs)
Getting is fixed is tough. Price varies by your area, but make sure to take it somewhere that gaurentees the work. I've seen many preludes fixed (including my own) and the rust comes back through months later, or the bondo/metal work is flawed.
