prelude running bad when warm

my 1993 honda prelude vtec runs really really strong when its cold or when its cold outside. but once the car warms up or its hot outside it has like no power and bogs way down and runs like a honda civic... no offense. and i cannot figure out what is wrong with it and would really like to fix it.. can anyone help?
