Hey guys i was looking for some new rims for my 95 prelude se and all i can find locally is the 4x100 rims. Do they fit or do they have to be the 4x114.3? is there anything else that waill fit. Thanks

4x100 is not the same as 4x114.3. So no.

Well no the 4x100 is like quarter of an inch closer in or something like that. My girlfriend and her 00 Civic ex has 4x100. However they do make and sell adapters/converters for it, I was looking into them because i have an extra set of 4x114 17's. So I wanted to put them on her car so they wont be sitting around. Look online or on eBay especially They have 4x114.3 to 4x100 converters and 4x100 to 4x114.3. Its basically like a spacer and i have heard alot of good things about them and some bad. Like would they be good for daily driving everything i read says yes. However it is mixed on racing drifting and if they effect the handling of the car. I also hear they change the total offset of the wheels too. Here is a link to some on eBay eBay Motors: 25mm 4x114.3 to 4x100 Wheel Adapter Honda Acura Toyota (item 260332518682 end time Dec-17-08 00:01:00 PST)
you can find more expensive ones not on eBay. Also even cheaper ones on eBay.

So basically you can order some 4x114.3 rims, But if you want them locally then you could do a hub swap lol but if your doing this you might as well do a 5 lug conversion and get nicer wheels. If i was doing a hub convert i would do 5 lug not a smaller 4 lug pattern lol. So that really leaves it to if you want to get rims local and want them to fit get adapter/spacers..

LMAO that's what i thought! Hey man i am just telling you what i read. I have always thought drifting period was stupid as hell especially in a prelude. When i was reading up on those spacers people were asking dumb ass questions, like "would it hold up to drifting" and **** i laughed. I threw it in there just as info, and it brought you some enjoyment like it brought me ha ha.

i used to think it was impossible till i stumbled on this the other day...
civic drift

i found some still in the box Enkei OR-52's on ebay that were 18x7.5 (i dont get why people buy 7 width and use spacers) for like only $500 compared to $670 retail and they were the right bolt pattern.
