Can someone give me the lengths of any of these models? I may have found a way to mount one on an r/c car.

Okay, here it is (mine's an Aoshima Patrol Car Prelude):

Length: 7.25"
Height, hood: .75"
Height, cabin: 1.5"
Height, trunk: 1"
Width: 2.5"

Those heights are from the chassis to the top of the body (that is, not measured from the ground).

So you're saying you can make one of these models an RC car? I'd love to see that, that'd be kick-ass...!
