yes it's the one in the pic you posted. Looks even better and cleaner if you don't have to cut the middle part to fit your exhaust.

I put one on my rear bumper. Cutting is required for fitment and a little drilling but its very easy. There are two models of rear lips for accords in those years. I don't remember which one you need exactly but just look at pics of other ludes with it.

Mine; I had to cut mine for my muffler (Boosted 3" turbo-back with Apexi N1)
