I'm sixteen years boy, i bought a 93 prelude automatic like 1 month ago. The former owner was a girls, i think that she never used the arms brake. Now Its stuck and wont move.

Do you have some ideas of what i could done without paying for reparation

(sixteen years old, i put around 1,500$ in it, i pay the car 1,500, so i dont have more money to put in reparation)

You could take the either of the cables off of the brakes or off the counsel handle. but if you have the counsel apart you might as well fix the issue.
