Prelude 92 - radiator fan trouble

Hi everyone!

I have some problems and hope you can help me!
Well, my Prelude 92 came stock with out A/C, and I decided to put it into my car. Before, while I was driving my car, when it's very hot outside, or after high speed chase, when the car is stopped, I use to leave it to run for a while, and wait to radiator fan comes on, and cool down engine, of course with engine running, so the water pump can pump coolant liquid trough the engine...

The radiator fan use to run for about 5 mins. Now, when I put A/C radiator in front of the engine radiator, when I park my car, again, the radiator fan comes on and run for 15-20 mins. And I don't wanna turn the engine off, while temperature is too high, and let the engine turn off while the temperature is too high. Now, I ordered Fan Timer Unit, but this is not permanent option, because, when I turn off the engine, water pump does not pump coolant liquid trough engine, and the cooling of the engine is not proper.

Another info:
When I turn A/C on, clutch relay engage A/C Clutch, and both fans runs simultaneously. But with A/C off, when temp switch A turns on, only radiator fan runs, not both fans. And, as I already said, it takes for about 15-20 mins. And believe me guys, it's an eternity to wait on +30 degrees celsius to fan to stops

So please, tell me what you think about my problem, and how to solve it

Thanks in advance!!
