power steering pump?

For the past couple day when I turn my steering wheel my car has been making this nasty whinding sound... and its been getting gradually worse.

I just need clarfication if that sounds like the pump or not from one of the many prelude gurus on here..

And if so is it an easy fix for someone with a basic knowledge of cars? Is there a write up somewhere I can just follow step by step?

Thanks
