I'm not sure because I use just my alarm but I know in toyotas you turn it twice to one side and it'll open both. Or, you could just open the passenger side first and it'll open both that way.

I just use my alarm as well, but IIRC you can't open both doors with a key from either side at once.

because you're being a gentleman

You say you want to open both doors, so what does it matter what side is first?

well...for the passenger....any car that has power locks should open all the locks automatically at the same time, be it two door or four door, thats the whole point of power locks. if only your one door opens with your key, it is no different than manual locks.

it's not supposed to, at least not on the 93. The 95 accord has the feature where when you turn the key in the driver's lock and hold it, it unlocks all the doors. I have a 94 prelude and i can't unlock the passenger side from outside the driver's door. Anyone with a 95 or 96 Prelude have the feature?

my passenger door wont unlock from the outside, how wierd is that, it unlocks, then immediately locks itself back i have to hold the key and lift the handle, but only on the passenger door...quite odd
