Power folding mirror help. - Honda Prelude Forum

So i got around to installing my power folding mirrors for my prelude. Took forever. Got them done, they work, but have a small problem. (Edit: I followed the instructions from here: HOW TO: 92-96 Prelude JDM power folding mirrors - Honda Forum / Acura Forum - SuperHonda.com )

Whenever i press the button, one folds in, the other opens out. If i try to pop one out to correct it, it skips a beat then goes back to one in, one out.

Could i have just switched two wires? Meaning it sends a signal to open both, but one side is wired so that it accidentally gets the signal and closes instead of opening?
I hope this is clear, and if i need to reclarify please let me know.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You wired one side backward. Just switch the power/ground on one side and all should be well

Yeah thats what i was thinking, just wanted to bounce it off people way smarter than me
