I've thought about that too ('93 S, 120k miles). You could make a very nice car out of it, but it will still be FWD, and it will still be frontheavy, no matter how much you spend. There are 3 (three) separate articles in SCC this month about building up a JDM Turbo 240, and apparently you can do it for $3000. A stock 2nd gen RX7 might handle better than a money-trap Prelude.
I mean, Prelude pride and all, but, y'know...

um, let's see...i've done the common things...i believe i've already gone through a distributor once(knock on wood), the water pump, timing belt(twice - i'm paranoid), brakes(all the time) a cat long ago, um, shock upgrade, spark plugs, filters, fuel pump, rotors changed out, various valve adjustments, hoses, thermostat(sticky ones), motor mounts, headers upgraded(haven't we all??), battery, tires, some interior cosmetic things a girl can't stand: anything else?
i've had this car quite a while: it's the first year of our 4th gens, so...you can imagine we've been through it. i've never majorly modded her out, but i've added some things here and there...pulleys/headers/intake/shocks/strut bars/wires
