I need help to remove the rear carpet speaker panel that houses the (2) rear speakers. What exactly needs to be done to get that thing out of my car? Held down by metal clips or plastic?
Do I have to remove the rear seat keyhole and if so, how?

Please let me know

I always fold the rear seat down and take the other one out. You will have to remove the lower seats to get to the backs. Then the middle console piece. There are 5-6 plastic clips that just push in that hold it down. You will have to remove the keyhole. It just pulls right out.

and yes, it's held down to the deck by plastic push clips.
