ok, so what have you done so far? what is stuck ? the throttle body is pretyt easy to remove, just 4 bolts i think, and a radiator hose if i remember right. but you have to give more details about where exactly u are stuck, we cant guess to try to help you out.

I took off my fast idle valve without removing the TB... There's like 3 bolts holding it on and like 2 hoses I think

ya i know, but its really awkward for me to get to it... its right under the throttle body... the thing that's stuck is the throttle body to the intake manifold.... i think the gasket is really really dry

Unless you're pounding it with a sledge hammer or hitting it at a sensitive spot, I wouldn't be worried about it

Ya give it a whack or use a screwdriver to get between the TB and IM and wedge it. THen you'll have just enough room to slide the TB off and rotate it to see the valve. You may have to cut one electrical clip but otherwise you should be fine. Oh, and you'll have to disconnect the throttle cable if you havent yet.
