planning h22 swap in summer. getting close need advice

ok so im planning on doing my swap in the summer so it would be less stressful with school and work and all.
so here is my question to all of you that have done this before.
what can i re used from my h23a1 when i put in the h22??

so far i know
h23 and h22 are identical and will work interchangeable
the intake manifold is same too

new header and downpipe is required

i dont know if the wire harreness will work from h23 to h22?
i know i need a different ecu. p13 if i am correct cause the p14 ecu from h23 needs tuning in order for vtec to kick in

correct me if im wrong. any help is appreciated.

there is a FAQ posted for converting it.

Just do some research between then and now.

You can reuse harness and distributor.

You will need h22 headers + ecu (p13) + different accessory belt + lots of maintenance items sinec the engine is out.

Reuse your fuel rail, also drop the oil pan and make sure the pick up screen isn't clogged, mine was, probably common for a motor that has been sitting in a warehouse.

you could get some hytech replica headers, also you could swap out your h22a auto tensioner to a h23 manual tensioner conversion...hope that helps
