If you want to waste $40 go ahead. The only reason to spend money on a harness that's as easy as connecting the plugs and hot and ground, is if you ever plan on putting the OEM headlights back on. You could even replace the connectors they give you with the headlights with the ones at autozone, they're like $2 each because the foreign headlights usually come with no slack.
