gills, i see your fog switch is on your center console.

but i have a 92, does anyone have an idea or maybe even a pic of where the switch would be? i've heard that it goes on the speaker grill next to the tweeter, true? i took the grill off and didn't see any harness to plug into a switch behind it. do i have to look harder? PICS PLEASE! thanks

-VICTOR
Yes it is fount on the left side speaker grill. I think its a different grill with a place for the switch. If I were you I would just cut the hoel through the grill and mount it. I have an extra grill w/o the hole if end up needing a new one.

brendon2k, thanks! i just ordered the switch from a honda dealership and the guy couldn't tell me if what i ordered was just the switch or a whole replacement grill w/switch!?! and if i do end up needing a new one, i'll let you know.

i've never paid attention to the interior of other preludes, are the grills all the same colors?

yes, I think the grills are the same color. There was a grill/foglight switch on Ebay a few weeks back. Havent seen any since then though. Those switches can be hard to find.

Why, are they rarely in stock? Also, does the kit come w/ the interior switch? Those fogs are BAD, and I definately want some now.

ok i just won my set on ebay. i just have a couple of questions:

i'm actually not at home with mine (overseas right now), but i'm trying to picture it. you guys are saying that the switch for the fogs are inside the driver's side tweeter grill. does that mean i can't use a universal switch located somewhere else? (ie the center console or something). i have no problem cutting up the grill if i have to but...i don't know if i want my switch there.

can i just run the wires up through the dash, down the center console and put the switch right behind the e-brake? (that's where i had my other switch).

if i had to do the grill thing, where in the world can i get them? yards around me don't usually carry preludes. is this a part i can order?

how long did it take for you to install? you didn't have to take anything (ie front bumper) apart, did you?

thanks
alex

i'm trying to keep the OEM look so i ordered the switch from Honda. i'm sure you can use another switch if you wanted to, just have to relocate the wires. i'm having a hard time locating them all together! i can't find them behind the tweeter...any help?
the part # for the switch is 08V31-SS0-1M007. i'm going to try and cut a hole tonight. i only have a picture on my computer to go by...found on ebay.

93

I was looking in my 93 Si, and it looks like the wires for the fogs are already inside the bumper. Is the complete wiring in the car? Do I just need fogs and a switch? Just wondering
