Also, what do you think I should do about the green highlighted part rusting (in the following pic)? I don't know what material it is..I don't think it's rubber cause it's that hard black material around the rear window. Also, some of the paint below one of my tailights on the rear bumper is chiping off. What should I do about that? The address to the pic is below...
