I had enough money to do the h22. I went with the 23 simply because I'm not into performance anymore. I think I've went over 5k once in the past year or so. And most of the h22 diff is after 5k. I couldn't justify the $1k difference

looking back after all that hard work, I think the h22 could've been better because of a newer tranny. Or at least a new h23 tranny.

It runs well, very clean motor. bought it and picked it up from hmotors. Its so clean (can't tell from the pics because all my old **** is strapped to it). It couldn't have more than 30k, especially after looking under the valve cover today

it was like 1080 after tax and the pallete. If I brought cash there wouldn't have been tax and I could've saved $100. Oh well I wanted my purchase to be protected by visa .

I don't have wheels, it hovers now.

well it feels a lot more quicker/powerful than my old h23 but that thing had 225k on it. I think the numbers are the same though.

As far as differences, p/s pump is diff, IM is different (vacuum openings are in different places), fuel rail is different, egr valve is different, there is no coolant temp switch A which is kind of weird. Other than those minor differences they are pretty much the same motor I believe.
