For all you broken cup holder people, if it's the constantly open lid problem that's got you down, read the bulletin and fix it:

Prelude 94-015: Cup Holder Does Not Stay Closed

you need acrobat to read this.

Hey I thought I was the only one who knew how to fix the cup holders! I remember when I first got my lude, a couple of day later my cup holder broke. I was so pissed. I finally got mad enough to "fix it". When I pulled the cup holder out, I saw the latch pin lying on the carpet. So I took everything inside and figured it out. I was so proud of myself. I thought I was the smartest person around. I told my girlfriend what I did, all she could say was "that’s nice". She totally pop my bubble!

I totally feel your pain man. Whenever you do something all by yourself and succeed - no one else knows how you feel

not all were destined to break, but the chance of it happening was great enough so to warrant a bulletin issued by Honda for it. Anyway, old rule applies: if it's not broken, don't fix it.

Ooooh, I want the leather door inserts...nice pick! I also want the black-carpet door panels...I hate the tan.

Yeah, but the ones on eBay are like the same price as you would pay as HondaAutomotiveParts.com

btw, I heard you gotta buy the entire cupholder assembly...not just the small parts used in it...is this true?
