pic request of tsx projector

as the title says if anyone would be so kind to post up a pic of their retrofitted tsx projectors in jdm 1 piece headlights. I searched and found one thread but got the deadly x pic.

spin r g did you use shrouds on them or is that just the projector mounted in there by it self, i read some where that you didn't have to use shrouds and on another site that you had to.

Yes I did use shrouds and some custom work to hide everything so it looks nice and clean.
Here's a picture of a bare tsx projector.

You'll notice it's not very nice looking but it does have the chrome trim around the front of the projector. Now can you imagine that just mounted in a jdm prelude headlight? You can see all this metal of the projector mounting points screw holes and all of that. Doesn't look anything like mine does it? Can you just stick the projector in there and call it done? Sure. Will it look nice? No. That's where the tricky part is. The TSX headlight housings as well as other cars with hid projectors have a specific mold so that when the projector is mounted all you see is the lens nothing else. Now your goal is to mimic that type of look using whatever materials you can make work. If you search the net and maybe when the search function gets fixed here you can see other examples of what people have done for retrofits. Some are beautiful and look oem. Some are just blah. Hope that helps. If you plan to do a retrofit make sure you do a lot of research or you'll wind up with jdm headlights as huge paper weights.
