PIA switch? what is it?

I searched for PIA, but it wasn't much of a return of information. What would it happen to stand for? Since I'm not even sure what I'm looking for google was no help either Thank you in advance.

It's in the center console. Next to the 4way emergency button. It's a black switch with a light indicator which I would assume is On/Off. But it is labeled as PIA or PIAA or w/e.

EDIT: I'm not looking to get one, I'm looking to find out what it is since I have it
