All I had was AEM CAI. I got the header, and what I realized is that it was polished, THEN bent, so I wasn't too happy with the polishing, but that's just push push. It really did smooth out my powerband, and I could notice it. It also resonates the sound better, and actually quiets down the engine noise and gives it a little deeper sound. When everyone asks me how it helped, I tell them "it's smoothe" I'm happy, I paid $387 shipped. How 'bout you?

I actually like it better than my CAI. The engine runs much smoother than before. The most noticable gain is in the mid range. When installing it, don't touch it with your bare fingers, it'll leave prints.

thanks for the tip man! that would drive me nuts if i saw a bunch of oil marked finger prints on it. i can't wait to get the goldish look that it gives off after a while.

i paid appox. $369, i'm going to pick it up from my local shop.

I wished I would remember my own advice man . Mine is no longer shiney or that purple-ish color, it's just dull... And I'm still touching it

Yeah, I wiped mine off, but just with a dry towel, and while there isn't finger prints, there's just smuges of discoloration. Ah well, I can live with it. Actually, I wanna repolish it a little

The only gasket that comes with it is the one that goes between the manifold and the flex-pipe, in other words, the part where the 2 pieces meet. You MIGHT need to go buy a gasket that goes between the manifold and the head, depending on what condition your original gasket is in. You should be able to reuse your old one, since it's a metal gasket. Also you might need the gasket (o-ring) for the cat. This one is jammed into the stock flex pipe, so I doubt you can reuse it. I got one from Honda, but it didn't fit my GReddy, so I don't have a gasket in there, no problems so far...
