Painting Nostril grill?

I've been bored and looking for cheap things to do to make my 4g look better. Recently painted my whole car (BG23m) and it looks like crap with the stock greyish brown nostrils. I'd really like to paint them black. They are loosely screwed in with what look like those "1 time use" dumb ass honda screws, but I'm not sure if they are. So basically I'm afraid to pull them out because I don't have any backup screws. Would it be cheaper and easier just to buy new nostrils?

8mm nuts... recommend you loctite them when refastening them too since they tend to rattle loose over time.

I have that colour on mine and painted the nostrils in the same colour - looked way better but I'm sure black would work too.

I think they look better either black or dark grey, especially with JDMs - makes the flow with the headlights

yeah, I actually saw one on an integra the other day and realized what it was. the paint looks off from the rest of the car on that though. what do you need to do to make it fit a prelude?

qveon - I wont be able to get pics till this weekend, btw did i do a set of tails for you a long long longggggggg time ago?

Primo - the paint is off because i painted it myself. In order to make it fit you have to cut parst of the lip up, and extent the sides which is a true pita
