p-28 preprograming?

got the power issiue on the alt. fixed and am back at 14v and plenty of power so it time to keep moving on....
honestly im prolly in need of someone who tunes there car them selvs for a good answer that i need but....
i have in my possesion a p-28 chiped hondata its current tune is for a b16 v-tek........
i got a guy that can tune "not on a dyno" and has a burner, the guy i got the ecu has hondata on his pc.......

theres another guy online im talking to about a kind off pre-tune
he also explnes that i can tune it my self..........
can someone explane the programing to me better, cables conections programs etc etc.......datalogging......

a full out dyno ecu tune im looking at around $500 and thats at one of the cheaper places.....

i dont have money for a full dyno tune.....

based on the first few questions how many answers can we branch off that..

what would happen if i just plugged it in and see how it runs.....
whats the worst that could happen....

Uh, depending on what parts you have on your engine, you can just chip it for stock maps with a program like Chrome or Neptune. From there you can tweak it for your desired specs. Just stick with your p13 until you need a tune. You could prolly tune it yourself if you have a laptop and patience...
