P 13 ecu jdm or... ?

Hi, i have bought 2.2vtec prelude 4gen, and i noticed that vtec doesnt work. Engine was swaped before selling so i think vtec is not connected to the ecu, but now i have encoutered another problem my engine is h22a as i know it is JDM, but i do not know is my ecu JDM or EDM. Ecu looks like that http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/1892/dsc00994j.jpg

They could have used the H23a1 harness where some of them have the 3 extra plugs for VTEC and some don't. Look under the hood to see if your VTEC solenoid and oil pressure switch are plugged into the harness, if not then you'll have to add the wires, there's a write up around here on how to do it. The auto tranny ECU thing I'm not sure about, I've known people who've used them on other manual swapped cars but not sure about the Prelude.
