we have a bleed nipple too.

but that wasn't my problem. it was indeed the ground. the one that is connected to the frame by the driver side strut

stupid mechanic didn't put it in. made me loose a day of school because of it

You may want to call them and let them know... that could have been a safety issue (electricution) for the person troubleshooting (you!).

yea i called them and told them what was up.

Ford mustang throttle body on prelude?
if you go to this thread, about 3/4 of the way down there are some pics. out of the 3 pics, the last one shows the picture of the thermostat housing. it's got 2 hoses going into it, a big one, and a small one. the bleeder valve is right under the small hose on the thermostat housing.

atleast i think its the thermostat housing.

It's the one your valve cover ground is connected to I'm guessing. There is only one ground point by the driverside shock mount.

it's actually right near the driver side motor mount. i'll get pics if i can find my camera
