If your fans are working change your radiator cap and the thermostat.

My guess is that it's the rad. Cheap and easy fix. Aftermarket rads in Canada are as low as $110 and half that in the States.

is it leaking any fluid?
also are the fans turning on?

take the raditor cap off,,make sure engine is cold it will spray if system is full and hot you could get burned,,the fluid should be clean if there is alot of crap and grime in it then it could be plugged and needs replaced..

If its over heating ONLY while going slow, then your fans are probably not turning on. when your going 60 down the highway, that is plenty of air hitting the radiator to keep it cool. but when your going slow or stop and go traffic, there is not enough air going through your radiator. the fans are suppose to kick on to draw air through your radiator to keep it cool. check to see that your fans are working, your cap is holding pressure, and the thermostat is opening and closing properly
