Kristin,

Again, I'm sorry to hear everything you are going through.

However, every time I read this thread I get more pissed off. I've been dealing with Matt since early January concerning my tail lights and everytime I would speak to him he would say "they are finished, hopefully I can make it to the post office to send them out soon."

I have all his PM's saved so I have proof of his statements, and if I don't have my items back soon then I will pursue legal action. With all the statements from everyone on this board I'm sure we can get the ball rolling. I talked to my aunt last night ,who is my lawyer, and she said we definitely have a case and are in the right to take action and start notifying the local authorities and even the FBI for internet fraud.

It hurts knowing that we trusted Matt and he took advantage of us. He has my set of stock tail lights along with my Altezza lights so he could transplant the clear lenses into the stock tails. As a "thank you" I also sent him $20 in addition to all the fees for shipping because he was helping me out.

I guess I got a "thank you" alright.

If I don't hear or see anything within the next week then I will be in touch with all of you to get your statements so I can give them to my aunt so she can get the case started.

I'd hate to take someone away from their daughter, so Matt if you are reading, PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND JUST SEND US OUR THINGS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mark

I was quite surprised with all the comments in this thread..but I guess. If I said I got my taillights in a week notice, it wouldn't help how everyone else is feeling. Matt is a good guy from what I saw. He was a man of his word, but I guess sh!t happened and now sh!t has piled up. I'm sorry to hear these awful stories from all of you. I know many of you have waited forever. I hope Matt reads this and lets you know what's up.

Deadbeat sellers

I've had considerable expierience with dead-beats. I sold a set of Racing Hart cp-035 via UPS COD, the "certified" check was a forgery, unfortunatley ups wasn't responsible. My advice to you is to notify the local police in his area. Also contact that states trade commission. I was able to get somebody to help me out from there over a 200 transaction. Trust me he won't get arrested but it may convice him that he needs to start sending these things out.

Also try contacting the consumer protection services for that state, this is probably the fastest route to results
