there's a thread in OT section, i did received mine but they were so poorly packed that both the tail lights cracked, and i haven't had a chance to check on the coil over yet

Kristin asked for my address about two weeks ago but nothing has come yet.

seriously.. I think we've established that this guy is a deadbeat seller. if i was involved in this i would have done it long ago. i've dealt with him in the past and he will say he's shipping it the next day just to get you off his back. he's put a lot of stress on all of you guys, so just follow through and get your money back. and dont' feel sorry for him - his other troubles are no excuse for keeping everyone in the dark. either way, the circumstances just sound way too shady to me...

Haven't got anything yet. Kristin says that Matt got a new girlfriend and won't even talk to her. I'm down for whatever.

never got my tail lights either. im out in Cali. so the trip to Fl. isn't worth my time. Although i still want my stuff back. anyone in Fl. wanna help us out? Kristin's been nice in the emails. None in awhile though.

It just sucks that Matt took advantage of all of us. I never would have suspected him of doing that but I guess you can't trust anyone these days.

I'm down for legal action but I'm not sure how to pursue it and get the ball rolling.

If he has had time to find a new girlfriend then he absolutely has the time to make it to the postoffice.

This is the second time that I've gotten taken for a set of tail lights, and I'm going to give up on the hopes of having cleared tails

yea i emailed kristen cus she said she was sendin the stuff 2 weeks ago and than she said she was sendin it july 5th but it still shouldnt take this long. maybe we will have to get a lawyer. anyone know a good one?

should ask PreludeGuy27 to clear your lights. he did mine and he's local too for me. i think he did other ppls. as well so hit him up if you still want that look. he legit and i vouch for him. can someone help w/a lawyer? or at least some legal advise?

my g/f's stepdad is a lawyer. i'll ask him about this type of situation whenever i see him.

Look guys, I am trying my hardest to help you out. I would go over to his house and grab everything for you and ship it myself but he put a trespass on me. I would go over there but I don't feel like going to jail. Everytime I ask him for the stuff( when he gets a hold of me because he wants money) he says that he is or has sent it out already. I myself have had to get a lawyer because he is threatening to get soul custody of ur daughter because I live with my bro on his couch and because of my job and because I don't plan on giving him any money I make dancing. I am trying my best and I am making some progress. I am suppose to go to his work tomorrow to get a list of what needs to be sent out and I am going to pull it off myself while he is at work and when his father is at work. I will try to get it all done this week. I just have my daughter staying with me for the next two weeks. But I will try to find a babysitter.

I hope everything gets resolved....since Kristin is not with him anymore, maybe it is better to seek legal action.

I haven't been with him for a while now. But please don't seek legal action because if he goes to jail, I won't get any child support from him till he gets out. Plus his daughter would miss him and wouldn't see him for a long time. She loves him to death and they are very close. I can get all of this done and sent out if I threaten to take his child from him. Please let me try that first and if it doesn't work then take legal action.

I would love to see my taillights Outlawgirl, I have been waiting the longest, since March 7th. I have already bought another pair of stock taillights and attempted to clear them out myself but melted one of them in the oven. So please send me some cleared tails, I have been waiting for soooooo long!
