Only one A/C vent works

Only one of my A/C vents works, has anyone else had this problem? you think its clogged or is there some mechanical problem, any help would be appreciated.

Normally people have a non-working A/C button.

If one vent is work (I am assuming the main center one) then it could just be an obstruction.

I would say since at least one is working the switch that controls the air flow is okay.

one of the ducts under the dash popped off.

is that easy to fix? i mean do i just pop off the panels and connect the ducts or is there more to it than that? th two middle ones work and the right one works but the left one and both ones that should blow the windows don't work, any help is appreciated thanks guys.

there's a duct undernieth the dash behind the steering column... this one could be loose or missing completely. When i first got my prelude, it was gone because someone removed it to make room for the remote start/keyless entry mechanics
