My right one-piece headlight is beginning to yellow a bit on one portion of it, where the clear coat appears to have chipped off. Is there any way to get rid of the yellowing? Any way to remedy the problem?

I cant really picture what your talking about, do you mean the lens is yellowing? Do you have any pics?

I don't have pics. Where the clear coat has cracked off, the plastic looks like it's getting ravaged by UV rays.

You could try some wet sanding off all the clear and putting on a new coat. My bud wetsanded his JDMs...they look amazing.

my right jdm is doing the same thing, i tried meguiers plastic cleaner but it didnt really do much....so wetsanding might do the trick huh? how do i do that?

wetsanding should only be done by someone that knows what they're doing, but anyways you can buy very fine wetsanding sandpaper, and what do do ideally is sand under a constant stream of water to get rid of all the abrasive material being sanded, so it keeps you from marking up the lights.

At the very least you have a spray bottle of water and wet it very often.

edit: there should be some resources for wetsanding on the net. it's how you get swirls out of paint for good
