i think you see worse with them...everyone will tell you that they were made for RHD cars so they are aimed a different direction but you hardly notice that at all...i just think they way they are made makes the lights less bright that comes out and the road a little darker

i definitely think mine are brighter than stock..

it also depends how you have them installed, with or without the relay.

mine are definitely brighter than stock.

they kinda shine up and to the left since they're for RHD, but otherwise, good lighting.

they have sort of a projector type lighting to them. pull up to a wall with the lights on and the lights have defined edges, unlike stock USDM which scatter light a bit

Mine are deffinately brighter, but the view is kinda weird cause they are angled for RHD. Also, H4 and H1 bulbs are way better, and there are more options for upgrade. Get some JDMs and fogs and you won't have any problems seeing at night

i think it definately depends on the bulbs, and i guess the relay might help too. I do know that without a relay, and using stock bulbs, the jdms are not as bright. even after you adjust the lights. but with a nice set of bulbs you'll see better than stock, but not sure if stock would be better with the better, reason suggests it would, but either way you'll figure it out and be happy because any lacking of light whatsoever is definately outweighed by the apearance.

you cant use stock USDM bulbs in them and you dont need a relay either. some people just wire the H1's with the high beam harness and dont use the high beam portion of the H4s

yes, well sort of. the h1's are the actual high beams but for the low beams you use the brighter of the two filaments in the h4.

thats how mine are and they behave the same as high beams on any other car. high beams are blinding that is the point.
