What other year is the closest match? 92 or 94?

Don't really matter - get whichever you can. There's someone on the toronto board that's selling a 93 though.

Depends on your car model, if you've got a VTEC, I'd go with the 94, there is no VTEC info in the 92 manual. If it's an Si/S, I'd go with the 92, since the dash is the same etc.
