I was wondering if the oil pan drain plug and manual tranny fluid drain plug our the same. Are these plugs are indentical meaning could i swap one drain plug out for the other, also are they the same length and same thread size.I have heard of people buying the spoon drain plugs and both of them working in the oil pan, which would mean they are the same size plug just different size magnets but i would appreciate it if someone could comfirm this for me.

The oil pan plug is an actual bolt. The tranny plug is quite different. I forget the name for it, but you stick the 1/4" rachet into the bolt. As for size and thread I don't know if they could be switched, used, and trusted.
