Oil pan: Si vs VTEC

I went on magestic honda and did some highly scientific research....on there, they share the same parts, just wanted someone to confirm before I buy an oil pan gasket and swap the oil pans...my vtec oil pan is dented like a mofo

i know the h23 oil pan fits on the h22. thats bout all i know.
