i have the sure drain from fram on my car and i love it take a lot less time to change the oil and no more stupid washers...my only concern with this thing is that you might hit something and it will open....

From a mechanical aspect, it looks like it'd work great. Still have to deal with hot oil etc when taking the filter off though.

I personally wouldn't pay 26 bucks for it, but I am poor, and cheap.

With the size of the plug that small, its gonna take you 20 minutes just to drain out all the oil! I'd rather do it the traditional way...

I saw something like that at the auto parts store seems like a good idea. But like stated before you still gotta wrestle with filter. What I do is go by some sheets of visqueen or plastic table cloth stuff you can find at any grocery store. I just lay that crap out and let the oil just fall on it. Seems to work out no oil on driveway. [shrugs shoulders]

Why not just get a drain bucket from AutoZone? They're like $8.

these are great valves. Alot of subaru owners use them. If you can wait, fumotor offers discounts every now and then that brings the price on them closer to $20. The only problem i see with the hondas is that alot of guys are lowered quite a bit and that might pose a problem as the valve protrudes slightly.
