I've never heard of a "privacy box" for a Prelude. My boyfriend has a CRV that has a box that slides out from under the passenger seat but it is open at the top and is obviously deeper because of the difference in the height of the seat. To fit that thing under Prelude seats they can't be very deep...

I doubt it goes under the seat. There is barely any room under the seat to fit anything. I tried installing a DVD slim drive under the driver seat and it won't work. I wanted to have it slide out on a roller, but without modifcation to the crossmember under there it aint possible.
I donno that doesn't look like a part to a prelude...why would they put a prominately visable "Honda" logo on something thats going under a seat? It looks alot like my toaster oven really.
that looks stupid. the prelude needs more storage. it needs a glovebox that can fit more than a slip of paper and they ALL need a center console like that out of a 94+. my 93 console pisses me off so much b/c i can't store anything in it and the armrest that i do have for mye 93 console is a joke.
i actually have been watching that one on ebay and wondering the same thing..i actually just won an auction from that seller for the jdm prelude steering wheel and was so fn close to having a 93 console with armrest and jdm antenna half switch but some butthead outbid me at the last minute
