Odd cluster face plate...where from?

Notice it is in MPH and it only goes to about 115 but the redline is 7500. Anyone know what country market is this from?

It's probably from England or Australia/New Zealand since it has VTEC, 4WS, it's an automatic and it's in MPH.

In Canada we use KPH so does Japan.
