what is the difference between obd I and obd II and why does it make a difference if my car a 95 prelude (obd I) recieved an obd II engine (the euro-R), why would i have to change the ecu? or would i have to?

so... does anyone know where i can get an obd I style ecu for the euro-R engine? that will work with it's different head and everything?
