Your first mistake. This could have been avoided with some basic research and a visual inspection by the purchaser. If this is true, they removed a 160hp DOHC H23A1 engine and replaced it with 131hp SOHC F22A1 engine.

Your second mistake. This could have been avoided with some basic research and a visual inspection by the purchaser. I strongly recommend you download the Helm's manual from the website listed at the bottom of this section. It will show you how/where to connect everything. It probably runs like pure **** without a working O2 sensor. You should also have a CEL (Check Engine Light).

Use the same manual for advice on this subject.

Your third mistake. This could have been avoided with some basic research. The results will be a smellier exhaust fume, dirtier air for everyone around you, a dirtier bumper, a failure when trying to pass any kind of inspection, and an additional 0.24554985416whp.

There's really no way to guess the gas mileage accurately because there's no telling which transmission you have. You should expect approximately 25mpg ± 5mpg. The F22A1 engine calls for 87 octane fuel and I see very little point in adding an octane booster.
