I seem to leave mine on 2 most of the time for regular driving conditions. I turn them all up to 4 for canyon fun sometime. Most of the time when I turn them up to 4 I am to lazy to switch them back for a few days because I don't think its that bad with them on 4.

Tires are 215/35/18.

Lowered 1.3" with H&R Sports.

Tires are 205/40/17

I have mine at 2 for daily driving and 4 for fun like Brendon.
