No start Issue

Well I started digging into my $50 prelude today. Most of the under the dash wireing was brunt, So a trip to the local pick-a-part and got a new harness for under the dash.
After that I started to swap out the Spark Plugs and wires that a little furry animal so lovenly eat in half
After its all said and done I go to fire it and it sounds like it wants to start but it doesn't. Im getting fuel and spark the only thing that I can think of is that the plug wires aren't in the right order since the little furry thing at them all I just had to find TOP DEAD CENTER but after that I have no idea on the order around the cap.
Thanks
Jeff
