I have a 1993 Honda Prelude SI. H23. 5speed. Its getting no spark at all. Or fuel. Ive changed the coil. Brand New distributor. Changed the ecu. New Fuel Pump. Can it be the main relay? Getting power to main relay but no clicking noise. Checked fuses and grounds. Check engine light stays on with ignition on. I tried checking the codes but im getting no blinks at all. Ive ran out of ideas. I need my car started! Please help, thanks!

Im going to try getting a new main relay but they are special order at the auto parts store so its going to take a couple days.
