ok so, i turn the key, all the lights on the dash light up except, the cel and the seatbelt. seatbelt im not worried about, its the cel. is there a fuse, is there a bulb, do they usually blow. oh yeah its a 95 vtec and the light doesnt come on in diag mode ethier.
