Newbie need help

Hey sorry if this has come up a million times.. but I bought my prelude almost a year ago, came with a cold air intake, I want to bring it to stock intake for smog.. I was wondering what all the pieces I need for that are, its just a cheap ebay looking cold air intake if you need to know that.

Also, when I accelerate in any gear, at a certain pressure on the pedal it makes a whistling noise. If i let off the gas a bit, it stops, same with more gas. I was told this might be a transmission bearing, but maybe its something else? Id appreciate any help on this topic.

Also, if my speedometer stops working and I buy a new one, is there any possible way to sync it to how many actual miles are on my car? Might sound dumb, sorry if it does! lol but like I said Im a newbie.

Thank you alot...

If your speedometer stops working then there are possible fixes depending on why it stopped working - kinda vague and a what if question but if you are talking about adjusting the odometer on a cluster is a , can it be done?.. sure, just gonna take some work to find out how. good luck!
