New to tuning. would love the help

Hey all. im kinda new to the tuning world. i recently got a 96 prelude si. came with an APEXI WS2. pretty sweet. lovin it so far. i would lookin to lower it and wanting to get some 17" Tenzo-R Passion5 rims with a +32 offset. and some low pro tires. was just wondering what all i need to get to the effect. probably gonna go ahead and replace all. please help. thanks for your time and pacience.

P.S. its gonna be my DD

ah i see. cool thanks. which brand would you recommend? would i have to get anything else to go with the coilcovers?
