Just installed the Exedy Organic and ACT StreetLite flywheel not too long ago, about a month.
Installed a GReddy Header today. I emailed about 4 or 5 places before I found one though. Importhorizon had 1 left and I had to order before a certain time to get it. Prostreetonline said they have one in stock in the warehouse, but their prices are too high.
Anyway, onto the install. I really thought it would have been an easy job. Just take the old one off and put the new one on right? Wrong! Cat bolts, no problem. A-B pipe bolts PITA! Couldn't get them to break loose for a long time. I kept just soaking them in WD-40 and trying harder, finally got them. One of the A pipe mount bolts snap, luckily thats part of the older header anyway.
Exhaust got a little louder after 3k rpms. Has a slight rasp in it now, but sounds pretty aggressive. Definitely revs faster and pulls harder. My full exhaust setup is GReddy Header, eBay race cat (resonated testpipe), GReddy SP2 Exhaust.
Here's some pix:
Header turned gold after only 2 hours of driving. Luckily I wiped it down with alcohol after the install though, so it's all one uniform color.
Out with the old
Snapped bolt

I got it for $390 shipped from importhorizon. Member TurboEvo sells them for $375 shipped, which is the cheapest I know of but he dosen't have any in stock.

GReddy header is a simple bolt on affair. It has its own new flex pipe. Didn't have to get anything extra.

did you mean the bolts that held the stock manifold to the a-pipe? Here's how it goes:
ENGINE-->MANIFOLD-->A-PIPE (downpipe, part with flexpipe)-->CAT-->B-pipe (long pipe) -->muffler
I'm surprised your cat bolts came off easily, I couldn't remove the ones that connect the b-pipe to the catalytic converter, so I don't think I even tried the other end where the cat mates to the a-pipe.
Oops, yeah that's what I meant. The bolts that held the stock manifold (part bolted to the head) to the A-pipe. My cat bolts came out easily because I already have new bolts there that came with my race cat. But even the old cat bolts were no problem using a gun.
Butt dyno says it pulls faster. There's definitely a difference. Goes through the gear faster.
We'll see though, getting a VAFC-II next and then gonna dyno tune it. So, we'll see what kind of numbers I'm actually putting down.
