I just bought a Power Enterprises Super strong timing belt. I bought it from the guys at PHR in Texas. It runs about 150 bucks. But it is much stronger than the stocker.

150 is worth it just for piece of mind if nothing else. does this power enterprises have a website or phone number? are they very reputable? should i go ahead and buy some kind of manual tensioner instead of the oem one, where can i get one of those? i just wanna be sure i do not have any problems whatsoever down the road as far as bent valves and timing belt, thank you

I did a search to find the Power Enterprises Website. The website is not that great. I just happned to be searching at at Power house Racings website and seen that they sell the PE Timing belts. They are good people over there I would recommend them. As for the manual tensioner, if you have an H22 and you would like to switch from the Auto tensioner to a manual one from a H23 then I would HIGHLY recommend that you do so. The Auto tensioners are prone to failure and run anywhere from 65-110 bucks. You can get all new parts to convert your system for about 100-140 bucks. There is a slight price difference but it's worth it. You can get a list of all the parts required and see a pic of the Super Stron Timing belt in the Naturally Aspirated forum. The post is called "H23 manual tensioner parts".

I think they are extremely overkill for a street car that isnt very heavily modded with huge cams etc.

A stock belt is like $36, you could replace the stock one every 25k for "peace of mind" if you are really that paranoid, it'd be the same price.

I've been to a few races and seen pictures of race motors and they all use stock Honda belts.

what are the differences w/ an aftermarket belt? When should you change your TB for the 2nd time? 200k or before?
