What Brendon mentioned is correct. Nothing major changed concerning body panels in the 4th gen. If the look of it changed it would have been considered a new generation. Minor enhancements are usually made however.
94-96 Preludes have two lines going through the headlight vents and are black while the 92-93 vents have a single line and are a dark gray.
92-93 turn signals are solid orange while the 94-96 signals are orange/clear
92-93 Si/VTEC wheels are 7 spoke rims weighing 22 lbs a piece. 94-96 Si/VTEC/SE rims are the directional rims weighing in at 18 lbs a piece.
All S model Preludes did not come through with the front bumper lip like the Si/VTEC models.
Spoilers were standard on VTEC models but were optional on Si/S models.
92-93 models had the third brake light located on the top of the rear windshield ONLY. 94-96 models equiped with a spoiler had the brake light located on the spoiler itself. If the car did not come through from the factory with a spoiler then it was placed at the top of the rear windshield as per the 92-93 models.
And that's about it for the exterior of the car. There were some significant changes to the car on the inside but though.
Sorry Brendon, I just went into a little more detail for her.
